BACKGROUND: The determination of the major and trace element composition saliva could be a promising approach for non-invasive health monitoring. Such investigations are constrained, nevertheless, by potential impact several variables on concentration elements.
 AIM: To study influence individual subpopulation factors donors some elements in saliva.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: results (Ag, Al, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, P, Pb, Si, Ti, Zn) whole 60 direct (without digestion) analysis arc atomic emission spectrometry using dry residue technique presented.
 RESULTS: Distribution concentrations sample Zn showed lognormal law; thus, geometric mean or median is preferable as an indicator reflecting average value. distribution Ca P obeys normal law.
